The ultra-thin XYθ (alignment) stage "NAF3 series" is an ultra-thin stage with electric actuators arranged on the same plane, allowing for a low center of gravity for the entire device. The sliding part adopts a "preloaded double slide" structure, which sandwiches an intermediate plate between two upper and lower plates.
